下單的流程是怎樣的?

一般在收到查詢後，我們會按客戶需求報價，在客人同意價錢及產品效果圖後，我們會先安排打樣，在客人收到實物樣品並確認後，我們才會收取客人訂金及安排大貨生產。

What is the process for placing an order?

Generally, after receiving an inquiry, we will provide a quotation according to the customer’s requirements. After the customer agrees to the price and the artwork, we will arrange a sample. After the customer receives and confirms the physical sample, we will collect a deposit from the customer and arrange for mass production.

 除報價單上列出的產品價錢外，是否會有例如打辦費，印刷版費，運費等其他附加費用?

我們報價已經包含所有費用，除非客人有特殊要求，如分開不同日子/地址送貨，或者屬於需要排隊進倉/搬運/偏遠地區等情況，否則都不會產生額外費用。

In addition to the product prices listed on the quotation, are there any additional charges such as sample fees, printing plate fees, or logistic fees?

Our quotation already includes all fees, unless the customer has special requests such as separate delivery dates/addresses or if it involves queuing for warehouse entry/handling/remotely located areas. Otherwise, there will be no additional charges.

 如果打辦後沒有下單，會否收取有關費用?

打辦是必須先向工廠支付打辦費用的，因此在打辦後即使不下單，我們是需要向客人收取打辦費用的。

Will there be any fees incurred if no order is placed after the sample is made?

The sample fee must be paid to the factory in advance, so even if no order is placed after the sample is made, we still need to collect the sample fee from customer.

 如果下單後想取消訂單，會有額外收費嗎?

下單後我們會馬上向工廠支付訂金排期生產，貨品生產後，因印有客人logo，沒有辦法轉售，我們會視乎交付進度儘量為客人和工廠協商，但無論如何訂金都沒有辦法退回。

If an order is placed and then cancelled, will there be any fees incurred?

After placing an order, we will immediately pay a deposit to the factory to arrange production scheduling. After the product is produced, we cannot resell it because  customer’s logo is printed on it, so we will negotiate with the factory as much as possible depending on the delivery schedule. However, regardless of the situation, the deposit cannot be refunded.
